JOB DESCRIPTION

1.- Initial Capex creation, 
2.- Lead a group of manufacturing engineers engaged in developing integration of manufacturing processes, equipment/tooling alternatives, sequence and flow of operations for the effective utilization of personnel, material, machines and facilities necessary to produce the best vehicle seat covers in the market. 
3.-To provide support to the plants during new program launches and complex engineering changes implementation. 

4.-Identify equipment needs and assist in the production process development. 
5.-Participate and support the prototype production requirements.  
Work with Operations, Quality & Product Engineering personnel to prevent, identify, and fix all manufacturing related issues. 

6.-During the prototype phase, recommend solutions for all issues identified during the builds, and assist in the implementation of those recommended solutions into the production process. 
7.-Follow up with the production plants to make sure that all equipment is properly maintained and provide the necessary support to the plants to make it happen.

8.-Maintain good communication among the plants for an effective procedures standardization and good practice initiatives sharing.
9.-Ensure a flawless transition of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering responsibilities to the plant’s launch team.
