What will you do? 

Senior Manager, Field Services (North America)

The Sr. Manager, Field Services is responsible for managing and empowering the Regional Field Service Rep (FSR) Managers and Field Service Team and developing long-term strategy in support of brand objectives. The Sr. Manager, Field Services is responsible for leading the Field Services team as a whole, while effectively guiding and supporting the FSR Regional Managers in hiring, training and development. This role is responsible for establishing the game plan for driving the face of the brand for consumers, wholesale employees, and partners, including the expectation of a high level of quality, professionalism, and consistency across North America. This role is a critical part of the decision-making process and investment decisions for the field programs, while also being a strategic partner to the NORA Marketing and Sales organizations. This individual will work alongside the GTM and Sales teams, and is responsible for seasonal planning, and working with the FSR Regional Managers to identify, prioritize, develop, and execute regional plans, as well as measure and evaluate results. The role reports to the GTM Director and is a hybrid position working 3 days at our Denver, CO headquarters and 2 days from home.

Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more. 

  • Work with FSR Regional Managers to hire, train, and onboard new members and uphold the Altra mission and purpose.
  • Guide Regional Managers through their leadership roles, and establish an inclusive, supportive culture amongst all team members.
  • Own the creation of the Field Service strategy as part of the Brand and Wholesale strategy alongside US GTM Director and US Sales Director. Integrate this into a calendar for strategy execution.
  • Drive cross functional collaboration between FS team, Marketing and Sales leaders to ensure coverage, support and synergies supporting brand and wholesale objectives.
  • Drive creativity amongst the team and establish an expectation for elevated brand experiences and partnerships in the field to bring the brand to life, increase brand awareness and drive consumer demand.
  • Forecast future needs with input from Regional Managers, sales stakeholders, and marketing management.
  • Work with Integrated Marketing and GTM teams to align best practices in executing POP, assets, events, and activations, to support and elevate the brand in the field.
  • Drive Regional Managers to identify opportunities within each region and strategic accounts to increase brand awareness and drive sell through.
  • Review, collaborate, and provide consistent feedback from FS team with key stakeholders in the brand.
  • Own and manage FS budget.

  • Results driven, with ability to prioritize and plan the most efficient way to achieve these results
  • Ability to drive projects, ideas and seasonal initiatives from concept to completion

Hiring Range:

$125,280.00 USD - $156,600.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
