Job Summary & Responsibilities
The Marketing Strategist will report to the Managing Director of SDIRA and Fund Custody (FC) in the SDIRA and FC Marketing Department. The Marketing Strategist is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns and content strategies aimed at nurturing leads, increasing client acquisition, and improving retention. The Marketing Strategist will collaborate with Sales Directors to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, ensuring effective communication and execution across B2B and B2C initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of lead generation, campaign strategy/execution, digital marketing, and content creation to help drive Inspira's market leadership, visibility, and business growth.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales Directors and the Managing Director to develop and execute comprehensive B2B and B2C marketing strategies, focusing on email marketing, content creation, and digital campaigns.
- Drive the creation of content for sales enablement (e.g., presentations, brochures) and lead generation (e.g., white papers), ensuring alignment with business goals. Lead the development and execution of content assets, including email newsletters, thought leadership articles, social media posts, and landing pages, collaborating with copywriters to ensure key messaging is on point and campaigns are optimized for performance. Manage the creation, optimization, and delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with sales objectives.
- Help manage relationships with internal teams and outside agencies to deliver high-quality marketing collateral and content.
- Effectively manage multiple marketing projects, keeping all stakeholders informed, meeting deadlines, and staying within budget.
- Partner with the marketing strategist to develop and execute content creation strategies for events, webinars, and trade shows, assisting with planning and execution, and tracking their effectiveness through metrics.
- Report on the performance of email marketing campaigns, content engagement, and other marketing initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Continuously monitor industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to inform and adjust marketing strategies.
- Lead SEO/SEM strategy and execution, optimizing organic search performance and managing paid campaigns to drive traffic and conversions. Collaborate with the enterprise marketing team to ensure alignment with overall business goals, monitor key metrics, and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

Preferred Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or communications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration with concentration in marketing, communications, or related area
Skills & Abilities:
- Expertise in email marketing, content creation, and digital marketing, with proven success in lead nurturing and client retention.
- Experience using CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and marketing automation tools to manage campaigns and analyze performance.
- Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to create engaging content and optimize campaigns for improved results.
- Proficient in content strategy, from ideation to execution, and aligning messaging across digital platforms.
- Familiarity with social media management, website optimization, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Proven track record of managing multiple marketing projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with teams, including sales, creative, and external agencies, to achieve marketing goals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to tailor content to different audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo).

- Infrequent travel (15%)
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Compensation & Benefits
$75,000 - $92,000 per year
