We are looking for a Digital Project Apprentice! You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.
Your key missions
The Digital Project Apprentice will play a key role in Global Digital Acceleration by providing strategic reporting, tracking deployment progress, managing staffing, and overseeing interdependencies across all projects within the portfolio, including KDPs and beyond. Key Digital Programs (KDPs) are AI projects developed as part of the group's digital strategy. The apprentice will collaborate with top management (Program Owners, AI Director, Deployment and PMO Director, Global Head of Business Innovation, etc.).

He/She will coordinate the preparation of the material for various steering committees

He/She will help monitoring the global roadmap, aligning all stakeholders on the key milestones for each KDPs and each country

He/She will define the staffing required to effectively execute the global roadmap, and launch the corresponding recruitments (external or external)

He/She will support in defining how to measure the success of deployments of the KDPs (KPIs) by providing required analysis on KPIs (status, resources, ad-hoc analysis) as requested by KDPs top management

He/She will be the co-owner of the full onboarding process for new ressources and will have to animate the freelance community

He/She will assist in transversal initiatives, beyond the scope of the KDPs (Global transformation roadmap, external presentations, …)

Experience in a consulting company is mandatory
