Key Responsibilities

Serve as an expert in providing market treasury operation business within the First Line of Defense.

Manage liquidity cash in Treasury through money transactions, FX swaps, interoffice deals, etc.

Perform daily routines including manual trade entries, confirming, and monitoring all trades to ensure they are entered into our treasury internal system or external systems.

Produce daily reports on liquidity positions, treasury transactions, and P&L, as well as meeting materials for committees and regulatory communications on liquidity position updates.

Reconcile all trades and positions for Money Market trades, Repos, Fixed Income, and internal transactions.

Act as a business analyst with business users including treasury back office, Risk, and Audit.

Liaise with prime brokers and counterparties to ensure timely domestic and international settlements of treasury trades.

Service business user inquiries and perform ongoing application maintenance activities.

Support the team in any regulatory exams and address internal findings issued by the second or third line of defense.

Build analysis and data visualization tools, and create information reports that reflect business requirements.

Enhance and maintain the existing EUC or Treasury system for BS/P&L, liquidity analysis and monitoring, and process automation.
Required Qualifications

Experience in the financial market with a background in Treasury or Liquidity.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.

Excellent math skills and comfort with numbers.

Strong, clear, and concise written and oral communication skills.

Strong analytical skills with extensive experience in Excel and PowerPoint. Advanced knowledge of VAP, Python, and SQL.

Precision and accuracy in the production of reports circulated to the Bank’s senior management or regulators.
The expected base salary ranges from $100,000 - $180,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
