Description

Mend.io is seeking an Alliances Operations Manager to oversee the operational aspects of our Alliances Marketplace, ensuring seamless partner enablement, data-driven decision-making, and process efficiency. This role is critical to scaling our channel and alliance function, optimizing workflows and enhancing partner engagement.

Location: Georgia (Home Office)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Alliances Marketplace, ensuring partners are onboarded, listed, and supported effectively
  • Design and implement streamlined workflows for managing partner engagements, deal registrations, and co-selling initiatives
  • Track key partnership metrics (i.e., pipeline contribution, partner engagement, revenue impact)
  • Ensure partners have the necessary resources, tools, and training to drive successful go-to-market motions
  • Manage and maintain the partner portal, ensuring seamless access to materials, deal registration, and engagement tracking
  • Partner with marketing to develop, update, and maintain partner collateral, including presentations, battle cards, and enablement materials to support go-to-market efforts
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to align partner operations with business objectives
  • Manage partner portals, CRM integrations, and automation tools to improve operational efficiency
  • Ensure partner agreements, revenue-sharing models, and reporting structures align with company policies



Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working with alliances (Microsoft, AWS), resellers, partners, or sales operations, preferably in a SaaS or high-tech environment
  • Strong experience with partner marketplaces, deal registration processes, and partner enablement tools
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), reporting tools, and partner management platforms
  • Excellent project management skills with a data-driven mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment
