About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Alliance Manager to manage and strengthen key partnerships. This individual will leverage their knowledge and network to drive collaboration, support the growth of our joint sales pipeline, and guide internal teams, including sales and product, in effectively utilizing strategic partnerships to achieve impactful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage strategic partnerships, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and driving mutual success.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales and product teams.
- Drive pipeline development through collaboration with sales teams, leveraging partner solutions to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams (sales, product, marketing) on partner offerings and best practices.
- Act as the main point of contact for any inquiries related to partnerships and lead coordination efforts with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with partners to execute go-to-market strategies, joint campaigns, and co-selling initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of partnerships, using data-driven insights to improve processes and outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, partner strategies, and market developments to ensure continued alignment and success.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing strategic alliances.
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, products, and services.
- Ability to build relationships with senior-level stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
- Proven track record of driving sales pipeline and revenue growth through partnerships.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on results and deadlines.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights for internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, product management, or consulting within an alliance or partnership-driven role.
- Familiarity with leading enterprise solutions and industry best practices.
