Applications for Fragomen’s EMEA Summer Internship 2025 are now open! We are offering internships across most of our EMEA offices this summer and for the first year in our Khobar office, and we look forward to receiving your application.

Dates: 14 July 2025 – 9 October 2025
Location: Al Khobar

Application window: closes on Monday 5 May 2025.

Eligibility:

  • This internship is aimed at students studying at university level.
  • You must be available for the full 3-month programme.
  • You will need to commute to the Khobar office on a regular basis.
  • You must have the sufficient Right to Work.
  • We do not expect any prior legal experience!

About Fragomen’s EMEA Internship:  

Fragomen’s EMEA Internship Programme is in its 4th year! We are thrilled to welcome our first Khobar talented cohort of students.

Our summer internships will offer you invaluable insight into Fragomen’s business and culture. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside our immigration professionals and collaborate on very real client-based work. This is a great opportunity to expand your immigration knowledge and gain experience in a global organisation to support your future career.

You can also expect exciting projects, 1-1 mentoring, as well as valuable skills training on employability, time management and presenting to name a few.

About you:

We are looking for people interested in Immigration or Operations who are organised and pro-active with good communication skills and attention to detail. You will be comfortable working in an agile environment and working to deadlines.

You’ll also:

  • Be able to complete any projects or tasks within the agreed timeframes and in-line with expectations.
  • Be able to act (independently or as a group) without full-time supervision.
  • Be able to act professionally throughout the duration of the Internship as a Fragomen ambassador.

  • You will be invited to participate in an online verbal reasoning assessment and if successful a one-way video interview.
  • If successful, you will then be invited to an Assessment Day at the office you have applied for.
  • Due to the volume of interest, we ask all candidates to be patient whilst we review a high number of applications.

Fragomen in Saudi:  

Within Saudi Arabia we have offices in Riyadh and Al Khobar with an overall headcount of 40 employees.
