Summary
The Airport Contract Analyst supports the various Managers of Procurement in developing and managing all Corporate, Special Projects, and Operations related Contracts (Maintenance, Tooling, Engineering, Facilities, People Services, Marketing, Flight Operations and Training, Inflight Training and uniforms, Safety, and other special projects, etc.) to assure the appropriate goods and services are provided, fully meet Allegiant Air operational requirements at all airports, training facilities, and corporate locations at the best possible cost. The Airport Contract Analyst is also responsible for managing and updating the contract management tool with all agreements and contracts pertaining to different modules in a timely manner. Additionally, the Airport Contract Analyst is in charge of preparing different cost analysis reports and coordinate efforts with other team members to facilitate execution of various projects as well as work with Manager of Procurement to assist in various other Procurement projects that the department receives.

Minimum Requirements
Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Education Details: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Years of Experience: Minimum three (3) years of office management, communication and research analysis, and data management experience.
•Possess sound information technology knowledge, research, and data analysis skills.
•Exhibit commitment to the importance of safety, serving the customer, and have excellent customer service focus.
•Ability to establish goals and objectives and constantly measure the performance of the service providers and station ensuring goals are met.
•Proficient verbal and written skills to effectively communicate in a variety of settings across all organizational levels.
Preferred Requirements
•High level of proficiency in MS Office Suite, primarily in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
•Familiarity with contract management processes and systems.
•Previous aviation experience or knowledge of agreements for ground handling, deicing, line maintenance, catering, and wheelchair services.
•Experience in negotiations and vendor management.
•Strong work ethic and ability to complete tasks independently as assigned with minimal supervision.
•Ability to master, review, make recommendations and improve processes.
Job Duties
•Lead in the creation of, processing of RFP, with minimal leadership oversight from initiation through the award of business. As well as, coordinating kick-off meetings for all corporate initiatives (Facilities, People Services, Marketing, Corporate Training, Special Projects, Uniforms, etc.) and Operations initiatives (Maintenance labor, Engineering, Tooling, Maintenance Consumables, Flight Operations and Training, Inflight and Training, Operations Control Center and Charter Mx agreements, Publications, etc.).
•Build, maintain, assist, and negotiate with Goods and Service Providers and facilitate in concluding formal agreements for the applicable work groups as stated above.
•Assist with monthly and yearly cost analysis pertaining to related costs on regular basis and provide the same to the Manager & Director for onward submission to the management team.
•Assist in creation and disbursement of quarterly Procurement reports on KPIs, upcoming contract renewals, expirations, contract reviews, and initiatives.
•Manage, update, and maintain contract management system for all the agreements and contracts concluded.
•Manage the executions of agreements using a digital signature tool.
•Liaise with Accounting, Financial Planning, and the related departments' key stakeholders and assist them with their requirement of data for budgeting as well as coordinate timelines for upcoming initiatives for each department supported.
•Assist in sourcing various Goods/Services for the airline by doing a spend analysis and hosting the RFP process in coordination with user departments.
•Possesses the ability to work closely with team member to maintain professional working environment and employee morale.
•Model Allegiant’s customer service standards in personal actions and when providing direction.
•Perform other duties, as assigned by the Manager Airport Contracts, Manager Procurement, Manager IT Procurement, and the Director of Procurement.

Office - While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, key board, printer, and phone. May be required to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 20 lbs. May be required to work various shifts/days in a 24-hour situation. Regular attendance is a requirement of the role. Exposure to moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones, printers, and foot traffic), temperature and light fluctuations. Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Some travel may be a requirement of the role.
