Job Description

We are seeking an AI Transformation Lead for our corporate business division. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive AI strategy, identifying AI opportunities across corporate functions and ensuring seamless integration of AI tools into business processes. You will be designing strategic plans, make proposals and lead the implementation process at the various organizational level. You will be reporting to the Co-founder of the company. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with expertise in AI technologies, corporate business transformation, and change management.

AI Strategy & Roadmap 

  • Develop and implement an AI strategy aligned with business objectives by assessing business processes and identifying areas where AI can provide value.
  • Lead and shape AI transformation initiatives, drive a culture of AI-powered decision-making, and promote the strategic value of AI at the executive and stakeholder levels. 
  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, productivity, and innovation using AI across various internal organizations and business functions. 
  • Drive research on AI trends and advancements to maintain a competitive edge for our corporate business. 
  • Ensure seamless integration and implementation of AI solutions into existing workflows. 

Collaboration & Support for Departments 

  • Partner with key stakeholders across departments (Finance, Legal, HR, Operations, Technology etc.) to tailor AI solutions to their needs. 
  • Identify and drive AI-related training programs across the organization. 
  • Foster a culture of AI adoption and innovation throughout the organization. 

Performance Monitoring & Optimization 

  • Track AI implementation effectiveness and continuously optimize solutions. 
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure AI-driven improvements. 
  • Address challenges and refine AI strategies based on data-driven insights. 

Risk Management & Compliance 

  • Ensure AI tools comply with data privacy, security, and ethical guidelines. 
  • Mitigate risks associated with AI adoption, including bias and transparency concerns. 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in leading the AI strategy development and digital transformation in a similar leadership role. 
  • Understanding of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence technology and their application within corporate business. 
  • Ability to translate corporate business needs into relevant solutions.
  • Experience leading projects or programs of work within various departments and regions (e.g. Finance, Legal, HR, Operations, Technology, Marketing, etc).
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations, AI ethics, and risk management.
