Your Mission & Impact

As an AI Strategy Lead, you'll be the project lead for high-impact customer engagements, working in collaboration with technical leads to drive teams focused on solving our clients' most critical problems. Your mission is to own business outcomes, identify high-value AI opportunities, and ensure that teams create measurable value for customers.

Expected OTE: $350,000 - $450,000 DOE, commensurate with experience.

In this role, you will...

• End-to-End Workflow & Outcome Ownership
• Embed yourself in customer workflows to understand them better than the users themselves
• Identify the most valuable problems to solve with AI, focusing on initiatives with significant business impact
• Ensure high accuracy and reliability of AI implementations to achieve desired outcomes
• Take ownership and accountability for the success of the entire customer engagement
• Navigate complex enterprise data environments to identify how AI can create reliable outcomes despite real-world constraints




• Technical Strategy & Delivery Leadership
• Work jointly with technical leads to drive teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for AI solutions
• Design, scope, and oversee the implementation of transformative AI solutions
• Ensure seamless handoffs between discovery, implementation, and adoption phases
• Evaluate and test the latest AI models and technologies to determine their applicability to client challenges




• Customer Trust & Relationship Building
• Demonstrate deep customer empathy and be the face of A.Team to clients
• Manage relationships from end-users to executive stakeholders
• Build authentic partnerships through a consultative approach, helping clients reimagine what's possible with AI
• Represent the customer's voice internally, surfacing pain points that drive future product improvements




• User Adoption & Value Realization
• Drive user adoption of AI applications and platforms, ensuring customers realize value
• Measure and communicate business impact through well-defined metrics and KPIs
• Iterate on solutions based on user feedback and changing business requirements
• Create frameworks and playbooks to accelerate future AI implementations

About you:

• You have 6+ years of experience in roles involving AI/ML software implementation, technical leadership, or product management
• You have hands-on experience with AI technologies and understand their practical applications and limitations
• You're proficient in programming, data analysis, and have worked with major AI frameworks (experience with Python, SQL, or other relevant languages)
• You have a track record of identifying valuable problems to solve and delivering measurable business outcomes
• You're an exceptional communicator who can translate complex technical concepts into compelling business value
• You thrive in ambiguity and approach every challenge with creativity and resilience
• You're entrepreneurial at heart, bringing structured thinking to unstructured problems
• You have the ability to earn trust quickly and build authentic relationships with stakeholders at all levels
