Our Opportunity:

We are seeking an AI Solution Engineer, who can help drive unprecedented growth in applying AI and Agentic Automation to solve real-world business challenges.. As part of a very dynamic team, you will play a critical role in driving delivery and adoption of AI-driven solutions to drive business value for our organization, and help our program be a true ‘showcase’ of what is possible in digital transformation using our platform. You will work in a high-energy, fun, and engaging work environment with talented colleagues from diverse backgrounds and experiences.

You’ll exceed your targets and be successful by:

• AI Solution Delivery: Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions that address key business challenges. Leverage AAI’s products (ex. AI Studio, Enterprise Knowledge) and AI technologies to high-impact solutions, ensuring they meet defined objectives, performance standards, and compliance requirements. Measure and report the business value of delivered AI solutions to key stakeholders.
• Deploy AI Solutions to production environments, monitor their performance, and update them as needed, using AI and Automation tools and cloud platforms.
• Document model designs, workflows, and outcomes, and generate reports on model performance and improvement recommendations.
• Manage AI Challenges: Address common challenges in generative AI, including data privacy, security, compliance, and the accuracy of AI systems.
• Communication and Collaboration: Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work cross-functionally with product, design, and operations teams.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration working with offshore and onshore teams to ensure alignment with the overall solution design, while communicating progress and blockers effectively.

You will be a great fit if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• Expertise in AI and automation technologies (e.g., generative AI, vector databases, knowledge graphs) with hands-on experience in prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Proven ability to manage data privacy, security, compliance, and accuracy in AI applications.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of driving initiatives across departments.
• (ASSET) Experience working in IT and/or Security Operations, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Identity and Access Management protocols and technologies

You excel in these key competencies: 

• Prompt Engineering & RAG: Skills in crafting effective prompts and enhancing AI outputs with external data integration.
• Data Engineering: Familiarity with ETL processes and tools such as SQL, Spark, and cloud storage (AWS S3, GCP BigQuery).
• NLP Knowledge: Strong understanding of natural language processing and conversational AI technologies.
• Deployment & Operations: Experience in model deployment, monitoring, optimization (MLOps), and problem-solving.
• Stakeholder Communication: Ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical audiences and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Adaptability & Innovation: Flexibility in learning new tools and developing innovative solutions.
