Job Description

Engineering Manager with a background in machine learning, artificial intelligence, application development and end-to-end validation.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Engineering Manager with a background in machine learning, artificial intelligence, application development and end-to-end validation. The ideal candidate will manage complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. This role requires a blend of technical acumen and effective stakeholder communication to drive initiatives that align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in program/project management, particularly in machine learning, AI, data engineering, and application development and/or validation projects.
• Demonstrated experience in successfully managing cross-team technical projects.

• Strong understanding of machine learning, AI concepts, data engineering processes, and development and validation lifecycles.
• Experience with tools and methodologies in project management (e.g., Agile, Scrum, JIRA) and data/AI ecosystems (e.g., Python, SQL, cloud services).
• Good communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and attention to detail in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile Scrum Master).
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
