Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary AI Product Strategist to lead the development and execution of our AI-powered product roadmap, focused on enhancing children’s learning and development. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise in artificial intelligence, strategic product management skills, and the ability to translate business objectives into innovative, scalable products. The ideal candidate will understand the complexities of the education domain, drive cross-functional collaboration, and deliver AI solutions that generate tangible business growth.

Role Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Roadmap:

    • Develop and execute the product strategy for AI-powered solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market demands.
    • Balance short-term wins with long-term strategic outcomes, focusing on product success and transformation acceleration.

Cross-functional Leadership:

    • Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design) from product discovery through delivery, ensuring the AI-driven solutions meet customer and user needs.
    • Collaborate with engineers and designers early in the process, leveraging their skills and providing direct customer insights to develop innovative solutions.

User and Market Research:

    • Conduct deep market research and customer discovery techniques to understand target users and industry trends. Use qualitative and quantitative insights to validate product decisions and ensure alignment with user needs.
    • Lead competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the AI-powered product landscape.

Product Development:

    • Work with stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage the product development backlog.
    • Use optimization techniques such as A/B testing and user testing to refine and improve product features pre & post-launch.

AI Integration & Innovation:

    • Drive product innovation through cutting-edge AI technologies (machine learning, NLP, etc.), ensuring seamless integration into the product ecosystem.

KPIs and Metrics:

    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate based on performance data.
    • Use data-driven insights to optimize product features and improve ROI.

Role Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years in product management with a focus on AI-powered products, including data collection strategies to assess AI effectiveness and identify ROI.
  • AI & Product Knowledge: Proven expertise in AI (machine learning, deep learning) with hands-on experience managing products across the lifecycle. Skilled in product demos, user training, and handling customer support.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to create product strategies that align with short-term goals and long-term business transformation, anticipating future industry trends and impacts.
  • Industry & Data Insight: Deep understanding of the AI and education sectors, including market trends and competitor landscape. Proficient in using data tools to drive informed, data-backed decisions.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and fostering alignment on product vision. Able to effectively collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing, building trust and strong partnerships.
  • Certification: Training or certification in product management or AI-related fields is a plus.
