Job Description:
What will you work on?
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data management, AI governance, and workflow optimization within a dynamic and innovative environment. The intern will work closely with our IT, Data Management, and Business teams to support the implementation and maturation of our AI Foundations Program.
How will you create impact?
- Assist in assessing and prioritizing the unstructured data landscape for centralization and governance.
- Participate in AI tool review, any build activities and testing for implementation for AI Foundations work.
- Support the migration of high-value data assets to a new environment and the implementation of Media Asset Management business applications.
- Collaborate with the Data Management team to develop and implement data labeling processes.
- Participate in the relaunch of the Data Stewardship program, focusing on ethical AI use accountability.
- Help develop and update data governance policies considering AI use cases.
- Assist in launching the data and AI governance program, including risk evaluation and prioritization.
- Track engagement and compliance in governance to create a baseline for subsequent maturity activities.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for project meetings, documentation, and reporting.
What are your skills and experience?
- Strong interest in AI, data management, and governance.
- Basic understanding of data structures, databases, and data governance principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with data management tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau) would be a plus.
- Knowledge of the DMBOK would be a plus.
