At TRM, we're on a mission to leverage AI and machine learning to build sophisticated intelligence solutions that provide unique insights and actionable data in the blockchain space. As the first AI Engineer, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of blockchain experts, data scientists, and software engineers to design, develop, and deploy ML/AI-driven solutions that push the boundaries of what's possible in blockchain intelligence. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about innovation and eager to contribute to an emerging field.
The impact you will have:
- Innovate - Develop and optimize ML/AI models that provide real-time analytics, predictions, and insights on blockchain data, enhancing our platform's capabilities.
- Collaborate - Work closely with data scientists and blockchain experts to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements and scalable AI solutions.
- Advance Technology - Implement advanced AI algorithms such as natural language processing, deep learning, and reinforcement learning to solve complex blockchain-related problems.
- Shape the Future - Influence the company’s AI strategy and contribute to product features that will set new standards in blockchain intelligence.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in Productizing ML/AI - 5+ years of experience of moving deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) to production. Strong knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning, as well as familiarity with natural language processing and computer vision. GenAI Productization experience is a plus.
- Programming Skills - Proficiency in Python and other relevant programming languages such as Java, C++, or Solidity. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases is a plus.
- Data Skills - Strong experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data mining. Familiarity with large-scale data warehouses and frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, BigQuery, Snowflake) is a plus.
- Problem-Solving Mindset - Ability to break down complex problems and implement efficient and innovative solutions. Experience in a fast-paced environment and comfort with iterative development is essential.
- The estimated base salary range for this role is $218,000 - $245,000. Please note that the base range is applicable to the US and will be different depending on the country.
- Additionally, this role may be eligible to participate in TRM’s equity plan.
