We’re a fast-growing and forward-thinking company seeking an AI Engineer to lead the charge in implementing cutting-edge AI-driven solutions. As the first AI specialist at OBRIO, you’ll have the rare opportunity to take full ownership of our AI initiatives—defining the strategy from the ground up and delivering impactful projects across key departments, including marketing, support, content, and payment risk management.

Your impact:

• Develop AI tools for content generation and prompt optimization.
• Build predictive models for marketing targeting and performance.
• Automate processes to improve efficiency for support and supply teams.
• Design payment risk management models using AI.
• Share AI insights with stakeholders and drive cross-team knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Stay ahead of AI advancements to identify innovative solutions.

About you:

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment.
• Strong Python skills and expertise in frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Proficiency in NLP, predictive analytics, and statistical modeling.
• Experience with data processing tools (Pandas, NumPy) and database systems (SQL, NoSQL).
• Deep understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning methods.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience scaling AI models with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms.
• Expertise in predictive modeling for marketing or payment risk management.
