As an AI Document Domain Strategy Lead - Executive Director in AI for Ops team, you will play a pivotal role in organizing the execution of scalable projects relating to documents, powered by AI, across the firm. This role requires a blend of AI expertise, financial services domain knowledge, and leadership capabilities to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex ideas effectively to a diverse audience. You will create a consolidated strategy for opportunities across the teams, facilitate the use of firmwide technologies, and prioritize the development of common solutions utilizing dedicated AI and technology resources. You will develop common Objective and Key Results to communicate a clear vision for the programme, incentivize and measure progress, and ensure solutions add value to the business.
Job responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the Document Domain strategy, ensuring alignment with the firm's overall objectives and goals, and the strategy of stakeholder teams.
• Communicate effectively complex AI concepts and strategies to senior executives at Operating Committee level, as well as a broad employee base, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Utilize deep knowledge of AI technologies and their application in operational processes to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Leverage expertise in financial services operations to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements and enhancements, and ensure solutions deliver objectives in the business aligned teams.
• Provide visionary leadership and thought leadership in AI strategy, influencing senior stakeholders and driving organizational change.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, and business units, to ensure seamless execution of AI initiatives.
• Develop and implement metrics to measure the success and impact of AI initiatives, driving continuous improvement and optimization.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Exceptional knowledge and experience in the Financial Services industry, with a focus on AI implementation and Securities Services.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale initiatives and driving strategic change within complex organizations.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, data analytics, and their application in operational processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders, driving alignment and support for AI initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address challenges in AI implementation.
