As a Senior Product Associate for SRE at JPMorgan Chase, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact on the reliability of our services, supported by research and feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.
Job Responsibilities

  • Partners with Product Managers to identify opportunities to drive the resiliency agenda within Employee Platforms
  • Drive the adoption of SRE Maturity across Employee Platforms
  • Understands and plans for upstream and downstream implications of non-functional requirements on the overall product experience
  • Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic SRE roadmap and provide insight on potential practices and technology that will enhance the user experience
  • Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates reliability metrics across the product development life cycle
  • Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
  • Drive SRE reporting and communication events.


Required qualifications, and skills

  • Experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain
  • Experience in data analysis (Tableau, SQL)
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle and use of JIRA
  • Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
  • Ability to influence Product Leads and other partners
  • Knowledge of SRE concepts such as SLO/SLIs, observability tools


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Knowledge of end user applications and services such as M365, voice, mobile
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycles
  • Understanding of release cycle technology such as CI/CD
