About the Role

As an AI Adoption Manager, you will champion AI Literacy and Adoption throughout Essity, while also supporting change management processes within the IT department. Your passion for combining business and technology will enable you to drive AI initiatives and encourage informed risk-taking in our dynamic and challenging environment.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the definition and implementation of the AI Literacy plan, promoting AI education across Essity.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including the Essity AI Council, IT, HR, and business teams, to facilitate AI adoption. This includes facilitating communication between teams and resolving any conflicts or issues that arise. 

  • Support change management processes and activities within the IT organization.

  • Lead a team to support the delivery of cutting-edge AI solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus

  • 8+ years of experience in IT, Human Resources, or business functions.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of effective change management techniques.

  • Experienced in building enterprise-wide learning curricula to achieve literacy objectives.

  • Passionate and self-driven individual with a purpose-driven mindset.

  • Enthusiastically engaged with AI and its potential while recognizing its risks and limitations.

  • Strong communicator, capable of translating technical concepts into actionable insights.

  • Comfortable working in a matrix organization where success relies on influence rather than authority.

  • Possesses strong organizational and project management skills and is able to transform research and insights into tangible outcomes for Essity.

  • Familiarity with skills competency frameworks.

  • Hands-on understanding of data analytics and AI technologies.
