Job Description

Position Summary

The AHP Administrative Coordinator is responsible for meeting with affordable housing applicants/residents, reviewing questionnaires for completeness, collecting documents, and uploading document into the Property Management System and placing in the resident folder. The AHP Administrative Coordinator will work closely with the AHP Compliance Specialist assigned to the property.  The AHP Administrative Coordinator will print required annual lease documents, obtain signatures, and upload into the Property Management System. 
The AHP Administrative Coordinator is accountable for consistently demonstrating the knowledge, skills, abilities, and behaviors necessary to provide exceptional customer service.

Essential Job Functions

1. Meet with applicants and residents of the affordable housing program and review questionnaire for completeness, collect verification documents, scan documents into the Property Management System. (40%)

2. Work closely with the AHP Specialist and assist with delivering documents, coordinating the lease execution with the property, and gathering information. (20%) 

3. Obtain signatures from applicants/residents, and property management on required affordable program and lease documents.  Upload documents into the property management system.  Place documents in the resident folder. (35%)

4. Deliver documents to residents, as needed. Ad hoc projects as assigned. (5%)

Education

This position requires a(n) High school diploma / GED.

Work Experience

Below is the required/preferred work experience for this position:

1 - 2 Years: Administration Experience required

1 - 2 Years: Professional Experience in Lease Administration or Real Estate preferred

Compensation

Commensurate with Experience

$18.50 - 25.89 hourly
