Job Description:
Functional Skills
- Knowledge and experience in supply chain/ Manufacturing Domain with Agility ERP
- Knowledge in ticket life cycle in Support projects
- Project coordination and User interaction
- Demonstrate capabilities in training users in Agility ERP
- Very good oral and written communication skills
- Project delivery experience in Support projects who can lead from the front and guide the entire team.
- Should have the capabilities to understand the overview of the underlying architecture and the data flows between each systems and sub systems that are in scope.
Technical Skills is preferred not required.
- Programming, debugging, troubleshooting, problem-solving, Issue fixing.
- PL/SQL, SQL reporting experience from any popular database
