The Agile Transformation and Enablement, Lead will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the creation, execution, and management of Interac’s Agile strategy.  This role is a business partner-in-nature and helps, asks, channels, chases and audits. 

You'll be responsible for:

  • The development and leadership of the Agile Practice Centre of Excellence as a central hub for knowledge management and best practices. This emphasizes the role in influencing the organization's agile approach.

  • Driving the strategic implementation of the Path to Agility tool across the organization, ensuring successful onboarding and ongoing improvement for all squads, Platform, Practices and Corporate Functions. This ensures a focus on the overall impact and contribution to the organization's agile journey.

  • Providing strategic direction and leadership to the Agile Enablement and Delivery, empowering them to deliver on key action items and projects. This emphasizes setting direction and fostering a culture of ownership within the group.

  • Leading and energizing the Agile Enablement and Delivery, holding them accountable for action items and projects. Identify organizational roadblocks and ensure ownership to accelerate agile adoption.

  • Championing the delivery of critical issues and tasks identified by the Agile Enablement and Delivery, ensuring measurable progress toward the organization's agile goals.

  • Establishing strategic partnerships with key vendors, ensuring their resources are aligned with and support the organization's agile transformation. This emphasizes a focus on collaboration and negotiation to achieve shared objectives.

  • Actively contributing content and materials for Agile Practice Town Halls, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.

  • Taking ownership of creating and managing key documents, presentations, and artifacts as required by the Head, Agile Practice. Ensure consistent, high-quality deliverables that support agile implementation.

  • In collaboration with the Organization Change Management Team, reporting on the OCM Pulse Check, proactively identifying and addressing change management challenges.

  • Championing and supporting required changes in the Agile Practice team as the organization changes to further evolve the Agile maturity.

You bring:

  • Proven experience and subject matter expertise in strategy management and execution; agile frameworks and delivery models; keen understanding of business goals/priorities and optimizing resource utilization to maximize value and achieve business goals.

  • A strong analytical mindset with the ability to think critically and strategically.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven track record of fostering positive relationships with stakeholders, clients, and team members.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to empower individuals and teams, foster a positive work culture and drive alignment towards common objectives. 

  • Confidence in your ability to communicate detailed information in an impactful way.

  • A thoughtful, courteous manner when engaging team members, leadership, partners and suppliers.

  • Eligibility to work for Interac Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity.
