We’re looking for an Agile Tooling Administrator to join our ever-evolving Agile tooling and OCTO team to help us unleash the potential of every business.

About the team
Our Product and Technology teams are the Worldpayers behind the game-changing products and digital experiences we’re best known for. Striving for better, they never stand still — delivering impactful innovations that power transactions across the world. Within the technology domain, you’ll be working closely with the Agile Org, a group of project, agility and delivery experts keeping the engine of Worldpay running at peak performance.
What you’ll own
-
Internal Support of Clarity and other Agile tooling, including provisioning of accounts, creation of new teams, ARTs and functions, custom fields and reports

Coaching Agile experts on best practices and working with them to create solutions for the Product and Technology function

Automation of manual reporting

Working closely with other Tooling administrators on coverage, integrations and documentation
Where you’ll own it
North America:
While we’re a large team of Worldpayers based in North America, we have collaborative spaces and regular opportunities to celebrate with each other in person.
What you bring
-
5+ years as a systems owner or administrator
-
Excellent experience with Broadcom/CA Rally and Clarity in a support capacity at the subscription and workspace level
-
Familiarity with authentication, networking and security controls
-
Prior experience in an Agile team (Scrum / Kanban / Scaled Agile)
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
A strong sense of ownership and pride in systems administration

Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.

Added bonus if you have

Scripting and automation: Experience with scripting languages or frameworks for automating tasks and managing system configurations efficiently.

Experience in migrating between agile tools such as Rally, Azure DevOps and Jira.

The pay range for this full-time position is $123,810.00 - $207,980.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
