Summary
ESET is recruiting a talented, highly motivated Agile Test Engineer to be a member of our CRM Team in Bratislava. This specialist will be responsible for end to end testing of CRM system and other systems integrated to CRM from the user point of view.

Another responsibilities

Perform basic test analysis of tasks and stories.

Design and develop manual tests, maintain existing test cases,
-
Manually test stories (i.e. new features, changes, bug fixes),
-
Collaborate with analysts, developers and support specialists
-
Identify and track defects
-
Set up and maintain test environments,
-
Provide feedback on the implementation of the product being developed to the team and product owner and help improve the output quality of software
-
Identify manual tests suitable for automation of repeating activities and tasks, especially test cases.

Experience with use of various advanced testing techniques and test design techniques and principles of SW testing

Knowledge of team collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence)

Work experience with systems to monitor and track the behavior of systems and applications, comparators and other systems

Experience with Salesforce is an advantage
-
Experience with working in an agile environment is an advantage
Position is a parental leave cover.
Basic wage component (brutto): from 2 100 EUR
* Financial bonus based on performance paid twice a year up to 10% from the base salary paid during the evaluation period (normally 6 months).
* The final basic wage component can be increased accordingly to individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.
