This is a hybrid position — Candidates must be able to work on-site in San José, Santa Ana, Costa Rica.
You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Kanban Essentials Professional Certificate – KEPC.
- Extensive knowledge of agile frameworks. Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Prior experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile PM.
- Ability to course-correct PODs by driving Agile best practices and improving team performance.
- English is a requirement, as you will be working directly with US-based clients.
You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:
- Supervise the comprehensive delivery of services, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
- Responsible for coordinating the receipt of requirements.
- Coordinate restocking for the production line based on customer demand volume and daily capacity.
- Monitor service performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize service quality and time.
- Ensure compliance with incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve services and optimize operational efficiency.
- Ensure that team members have the necessary training, resources, and support to perform their roles effectively.
- Conduct metrics to identify the proper use of resources and measure performance, fostering continuous improvement.
- Assertive communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards by continuing the implementation of defined artifacts for the proper execution of projects.
