This is a hybrid position — Candidates must be able to work on-site in San José, Santa Ana, Costa Rica.

You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Kanban Essentials Professional Certificate – KEPC.
• Scrum Master Certification
• Extensive knowledge of agile frameworks. Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Prior experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile PM.
• Ability to course-correct PODs by driving Agile best practices and improving team performance.
• English is a requirement, as you will be working directly with US-based clients.

You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:

• Supervise the comprehensive delivery of services, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
• Use agile values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
  Facilitates scrum events and team decision-making processes
  Coach teams to organize and execute effective demos and product/system testing.
• Responsible for coordinating the receipt of requirements.
• Coordinate restocking for the production line based on customer demand volume and daily capacity.
• Monitor service performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize service quality and time.
• Ensure compliance with incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve services and optimize operational efficiency.
• Ensure that team members have the necessary training, resources, and support to perform their roles effectively.
• Conduct metrics to identify the proper use of resources and measure performance, fostering continuous improvement.
• Assertive communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards by continuing the implementation of defined artifacts for the proper execution of projects.

Qualifications

Technical skills:

Deep knowledge of scrum framework
