The Opportunity
Takeda's Agile coaches support the implementation of Takeda's Agile Framework (TAF) and oversee the development of Agile teams to ensure effective outcomes for the organization.
Responsibilities

  • Guide Agile teams as they use Takeda's Agile Framework to adopt new ways of working through multiple Agile methodologies, including Kanban, Agile Scrum and SAFe.
  • Advise technical leads on staffing, mobilizing, activating, and sustaining Agile teams.
  • Coach and Mentor Product Managers/Owners, Scrum Masters, and team members as they work to improve team dynamics, velocity, psychological safety, and delivery of value.
  • Aid Scrum Masters and Agile team members in the use of Jira, Confluence, and other internally supported tools to manage Agile projects.
  • Assess best practices and determine necessary adjustments to improve team agility.
  • Support Product Managers and Functional/Chapter leads to maximize team effectiveness through structures that incorporate best Agile/Lean practices.


Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field, or other relevant work experience.
  • 8+ years of experience within a Lean/Agile development environment.
  • Thorough understanding of OKRs, Scrum, Kanban, and/or SAFe methodologies.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to reach audiences of all levels of a large global organization.
  • Experience developing learning content using recognized instructional design methodologies.
  • Business mindset coupled with intense intellectual curiosity.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and to influence others to move toward common goals.
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
  • Demonstrated knowledge or interest in digital technologies.
  • Understanding of latest digital trends and direction of digital innovation.
  • Knowledge of Jira, Microsoft Word, SharePoint and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in English language


Preferred

  • Healthcare and Life Sciences industry experience desired
  • Industry-recognized Agile and / or DevOps Qualifications,
  • Preferred Technical Degree (or equivalent experience)

Salary
As a motivated employee, you should be compensated appropriately. The minimum salary for this position is € 4450 per month (full time), but your final remuneration package may be higher depending on your qualifications and experience.
