About this role

You’ll be joining our Revenue team to help drive the sale, expansion and adoption of our SaaS based agency platform. You’ll start at the top of the funnel with prospecting and cold outreach to agencies that will help diversify our user base then tailor sales presentations to best position our product’s strengths and help close the deal. The ability to work cross functionally with internal teams to ensure the best service and expectations for these new agencies will be critical in this role.

You Will:

  • Develop sales strategies and implement them to conduct cold outreach, present our product and sign new business
  • Develop and maintain reports on sales pipeline, agency onboarding, platform adoption, and churn rates. Also use this data to present to senior leadership on sales progress, challenges, and growth opportunities
  •  Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote the agency platform and cultivate relationships with potential partners

You’re Well Qualified for this Role if You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in the insurance space dealing with carriers, some insurtech experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with data analysis, bonus points if you’re already familiar with metabase
  • Proven ability to work cross functionally

  • Competitive Base Compensation: $70,000 yearly salary + commission, OTE of $100,000-110,000
