We are hiring in our Accurate Franchising, Inc. consulting division. This brand is responsible for assisting businesses who are looking to turn into a franchise. We are looking for someone with a strong personality who is timeline driven. If you have experience in a forward-facing, customer service, corporate environment and thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere, this is the role for you. You must have 5-7 years’ experience in face-to-face customer service. You will be working day to day with high-level clients. You will be responsible for assisting clients in the development process of turning their businesses into franchises. You will work with the team in meeting and exceeding goals and objectives, driving timelines, and interacting day to day with various stakeholders.
Job Description
- Advise franchisors on best practices for franchisee onboarding, launch processes, and operational support.
- Ensure franchisors are prepared to sell franchises by refining their sales strategy, documentation, and qualification process with the sales team.
- Work with the real estate team to guide franchisors in structuring their territory models and real estate strategies for optimal expansion.
- Assess franchisors' vendor needs and connect them with the right partners to support brand consistency and efficiency.
- Track franchise disclosure document (FDD) renewal deadlines, ensure timely updates, and maintain organized filing systems.
- Build and refine operational processes to improve franchisor support, standardization, and scalability.
- Maintain detailed notes from client conversations, track key dates, documents, and deliverables, and develop a structured approach to franchise consulting.
- Hold franchisors accountable for meeting deadlines, fulfilling responsibilities, and staying on track with key business milestones.
- Hold vendors accountable for meeting deadlines, fulfilling responsibilities, and staying on track with key milestones.
- Work closely with leadership to define success metrics and regularly report on progress and opportunities for improvement.
- Keep clients actively engaged by providing ongoing support, resources, and value-driven interactions to maintain a high program retention rate.
- Organize and manage impactful events that provide value, foster networking, and enhance client engagement with United Franchise Group and vendors.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (B.A., B.B.A., or B.S.) or equivalent from four-year college or university; or at least three years related industry experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Be determined, strong willed, and resilient.
- Have excellent time management skills.
- Be highly organized and detail oriented.
- Must have good listening skills.
- Be able to prioritize and capability to change priorities as needed.
- Have a pleasant, positive, and supportive presence to the franchisees and corporate staff.

- Be able to work with minimal supervision to accomplish all day-to-day tasks and unexpected situations that may occur.
- Be open and adapt to constant changes.
- Ability to engage and hold staff and vendors responsible and to their tasks.
- Ability to respectfully hold the clients accountable to complete their required tasks to meet the expected projects for the franchise.
- Ability to interact and understand the component disciplines required that range from documents, real estate, financing status, logistics, purchasing, support set-ups, web site needs, communications and much more as you reach out to these internal groups to ensure the successful growth of a franchisor.
- Must blend the ability to be focused and determined with all involved parties to challenge them for improvements in growing the franchise concept.
- Program or project management experience is a requirement.
- Franchise experience in new store launches, franchise development and/or real estate is required.
- A never-ending positive attitude and commitment to customer service is required with 3 years of customer service experience or interaction.
- Coordinator or manager experience is a positive.
- Must be willing to travel on a case-by-case basis, as needed (up to but no more than 20%).
