The Role - What you will do:
Your role focuses on three key pillars of partnership excellence across our emerging markets portfolio. First, you'll lead strategic partnership development, identifying and nurturing relationships with high-potential affiliates in each region while creating market-specific engagement strategies. This includes designing scalable commission structures and developing specialized marketing campaigns that respect local market practices.
Second, you'll drive performance optimization through sophisticated tracking and analysis across multiple territories. You'll maintain robust tracking structures, ensure adherence to local marketing guidelines, and provide strategic performance analytics to stakeholders. Your expertise with Impact.com will be essential in managing partnership lifecycles across diverse markets.
Third, you'll collaborate with our regional teams to shape and execute marketing initiatives through our affiliate channel. This involves identifying market-specific opportunities, supporting integrated marketing campaigns, and maintaining strong relationships with partners across different cultural contexts. Throughout these responsibilities, you'll enjoy significant autonomy to design and implement partnership opportunities that drive growth in each market.
The Role - A Day in the Life
A typical day might begin with early morning video calls with APAC partners, reviewing performance metrics and addressing regional queries. You'll check in with our Impact.com dashboard to monitor activity across different time zones and manage partner applications.
Mid-morning could involve strategic planning with our LATAM teams, discussing market opportunities and aligning affiliate activities with regional objectives. These conversations might flow into sessions with local marketing teams, adapting campaign strategies for specific market requirements.
Afternoons might see you conducting reviews with top-performing affiliates from different regions, exploring promotional opportunities and sharing cross-market insights. You'll work with regional compliance teams to ensure marketing materials meet local requirements.
Later, you'll analyze performance data across markets, identifying regional trends and optimization opportunities. Throughout the day, you'll maintain communication with partners across multiple time zones, adapting your schedule to support our global network.
Key Performance Indicators
Your impact will be measured through market-specific and global metrics. We'll track territory-by-territory partner acquisition progress, regional traffic growth, and market-specific conversion rates. Beyond these numbers, we'll evaluate your ability to build sustainable partner relationships across cultures, drive regional growth, and contribute to overall emerging markets revenue.
Growth Trajectory
This role represents a unique opportunity to shape IG's partnership strategy across diverse, high-growth markets. We offer the platform, resources, and autonomy needed to innovate and drive meaningful business growth through strategic collaboration. As IG continues to expand its global presence, you'll play a key role in identifying and developing partnership opportunities that align with our international growth strategy. Your success in this position could lead to broader opportunities within our international marketing organization.
