The Affiliate Marketing Manager will be responsible for prospecting, managing and growing new lead generation partners, including but not limited to prospecting new business, networking and finding new opportunities, managing and optimizing new accounts, ultimately helping achieve revenue goals in our Medicare / Health Insurance sector.

- Manage pipeline and effectively articulate progress
- Attend and network at lead generation conferences / shows throughout the year
- Drive end-to-end onboarding and launch for new lead vendors from prospect creation, negotiation, and campaign start
- Work with RevOps team to help organize and prioritize our affiliate onboarding efforts, pipeline, and performance
- Collaborate cross functionally with compliance and marketing operations to streamline onboarding process and communicate internally and externally on progress.
- Develop scalable strategies to drive new affiliate acquisition
- Position HealthPlanOne as a leader in the health insurance and Medicare affiliate space
- Manage newly onboarded clients, with a focus on continued optimization, constant communication, and cultivation of a strong partnership with each vendor
- Prepare and deliver ongoing account performance reports, while working closely with leadership to forecast and track key account metrics/goals
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to assess and adjust strategies, ensuring alignment with revenue and growth targets
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 5 - 7 years of experience in lead generation management/acquisition, preferably in the Health Insurance and/or Medicare verticals
- Experience traveling and networking at conferences and/or trade shows
- Familiarity with tools like RingBa, OneMarket, Domo, Snowflake
- The ability to pull and analyze data to optimize call / traffic campaigns
- High level communication and interpersonal skills to deliver information effectively and build strong, lasting relationships for HPOne
Preferred Skills/Abilities:
- Experience in insurance lead generation
- Experience in affiliate account management and acquisition
Physical Requirements:
- Travel up to 25 – 30%
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, typically in a cubicle environment (constant noise, fluorescent overhead lighting)
