Jeff is a financial technology startup that addresses this issue. We build financial product comparison marketplaces that help consumers and financial service providers connect and increase odds of cooperation by the help of available data - largely digital footprint.
Our goal is to unlock financial services for the underbanked, with a clear focus on emerging economies that will drive the global economy in decades to come.
Launched in Vietnam in 2020, Jeff has grown into a 40+ people team across 6 countries.
To date, we have helped 9 million customers in Vietnam, Philippines, Mexico and Sri Lanka to compare tens of millions of financial products.

As we enter the next phase in our journey, we are looking for an Partner & Affiliate Manager to further develop and enhance our growth in Mexico and other LATAM countries thereinafter.

You will:
- Take over Key Account Management in Mexico
- Source and engage new partner prospects - both related to lending products, as well as other categories
- Find, attract and manage LeadGen channels and affiliates to promote the company's products
- Negotiate and enhance partnerships and performance based on data and results
- Develop and optimize our affiliate programs and overall growth strategy
- Educate partners about company's product suite, features, competitive advantages
You have:
- At least 2 years of work experience in the field of BusDev or Affilaite marketing
- Knowledge of the basics of analytics and web analytics
- Exceptional level of responsibility and initiative
- Outstanding teamwork and communication skills
- Native level of Spanish, along with Intermediate or higher level of English
