Reporting into the Senior Director of Growth Marketing, the Affiliate Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and daily operations of our affiliate marketing programs. This position focuses on achieving key performance targets for customer acquisition, revenue, and traffic through the development and execution of creative strategies tailored to our diverse affiliate partners and audience segments. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and results-oriented marketer to thrive in a high-growth, mission-driven company.

About You

  • You are a strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • You have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
  • You possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with affiliates and partners.
  • You are proficient in affiliate marketing platforms and tools (e.g. Pepperjam, CJ Affiliate, Rakuten).
  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are adaptable, open to learning new skills and technologies, and passionate about the Knix brand and women’s health and wellness.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing successful affiliate marketing programs and driving revenue growth and managing budgets upwards of 6-figures.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work cross functionally and present to various stakeholders.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with affiliates and partners.
  • Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Pepperjam, CJ Affiliate, Rakuten).
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

The Opportunity

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates and partners to expand the affiliate network.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates and agency partners, providing them with the tools and support they need to succeed and being the liaison between agency and Knix. 
  • Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of affiliate marketing campaigns, including promotions, product launches, and seasonal events.
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, providing regular reports on ROI, traffic, conversion rates, and revenue generated.
  • Ensure all affiliate activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content and promotional materials for affiliates.
  • Manage the affiliate marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the affiliate program.
  • Work closely with other marketing teams, including digital marketing, social media, and PR, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
