Impact

As an Advisory Software Engineer (Security Compliance Vendor Questionnaire Analyst), you will be involved in organizing a large volume of requests, completing requests based on standard operating procedures, reporting on status and maintaining effective communication with external and internal stakeholders.

The Job

• Maintain, prioritize, and report on Vendor/Client Questionnaires. 

• Review and respond to security and compliance questionnaires from vendors ensuring that answers align with Pitney Bowes security policies and industry regulations.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure questionnaires are completed correctly based on product.

• This position may also be secondary support for managing and completing customer/client contract reviews, as well as secondary support on Cybersecurity Supplier Assessments.

• This position may also be involved in other business process or IS assurance related engagements including SOC reviews.  

• This position will work closely with Procurement, Business Owners, Product Owners and external third-party contacts.

Qualifications & Skills Required

The role requires a talented, self-directed, and self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and the following qualifications, experience, and skills:

• 4+ years’ experience in security compliance, vendor management, or a related field.

• Experience in reviewing, analyzing and responding to vendor security assessments and questionnaires.

• Strong understanding of information security concepts such as application security, data protection, access controls and incident response.   

• Familiarity with relevant security regulations and standards such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and CIS.

• Nice to have includes knowledge of SOC Audits, Payment Card Industry (PCI) and SOX reviews.
