What You Will Do:

Identify and prioritize suppliers for portal invitations based on various criteria.

Conduct training sessions for suppliers and internal buyers to promote portal adoption.

Manage invitations through a group mailbox, including sending, tracking, initiating follow-ups, and responding to supplier requests.

Create and disseminate communication to suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding portal usage, adoption, and training, including monthly reporting metrics.

Proactively monitor and follow up with suppliers who have not yet registered through the portal, encouraging them to complete the registration.
Who You Are:
-
Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.

Four or more years of directly relevant experience in areas such as supplier/vendor maintenance, customer service and support, or accounts payable; a combination of education and experience may be considered.

Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.

Proficiency in presenting to large audiences for portal usage training.

Sophisticated MS Excel and analytical skills, including the ability to compile and analyze large data sets to generate outcomes based on varying requirements.

Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for supplier onboarding and familiarity with supplier portal systems, specifically Oracle Cloud, is preferred.

Numerous, often competing, interests must be managed concurrently whilst negotiating/influencing.

Approximately 5% of travel is required for conferences and team events.

Physical Requirements:
Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
