Degree in healthcare business administration Detailed knowledge and understanding of hospital operations, integrated delivery systems, related healthcare entities and governmental regulations. The successful candidate must have demonstrable project management skills and the ability to communicate complex issues and strategies. He she must also have knowledge of feasibility analysis, document preparation, forecasting, marketing strategies, managed care healthcare financing and group facilitation. 10 years of progressive management and involvement in strategic planning, operational planning, financial planning, and or capital planning. The successful candidate must exhibit professional maturity and technical competency understanding in planning, data analysis, research, finance, marketing and business development.
