Job Description

Join our dynamic IT division as a Performance Measurement and Quality Management Advisor. In this pivotal role, you will lead and mature our comprehensive Performance Measurement and Quality Management programs, ensuring alignment with COBIT standards. Your expertise will drive our IT division's performance and quality to new heights, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Reporting: Ensure consistency and continuity in divisional performance reporting. Collect, validate, evaluate, and disseminate enterprise and divisional goals and metrics using governance and technical tools like SharePoint, Tableau, and various data sources.

Goal and Performance Engagement: Enhance awareness and engagement around goals and performance. Manage ITS Key Drivers, KPIs, Service Quality Dashboards, and Service Level Agreements for both internal and external service providers. Support metric owners in monitoring trends, anticipating issues, and addressing underperformance.

Service Improvement Programs: Lead cross-functional Service Improvement Programs to identify and address underlying issues impacting divisional performance. Foster collaboration with key partners to exceed performance expectations.

Quality Advocacy: Champion a quality-conscious mindset throughout IT. Ensure the consistent delivery of technology solutions and services that meet divisional and enterprise quality requirements.

Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in Performance Measurement and Quality Management, balancing divisional needs with COBIT guidance.

Effective Communication: Communicate effectively at all organizational levels. Produce clear and concise written and verbal communications, visualizations, and reports to simplify complex processes and solutions.

Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with ITS senior management and enterprise performance and quality leaders to develop and mature process vision, strategy, and alignment with enterprise objectives.

Program Optimization: Work with Program Operations advisors to implement best practices and optimize programs from a performance measurement and quality management perspective.

Qualifications:

  • Superior Writing Skills: Demonstrated ability to prepare written communications for diverse audiences on complex technology topics. Strong relationships within the organization to secure accurate information quickly.
  • Content Generation: Ability to generate ideas for content, conduct research, and resolve questions/issues in copy.
  • Technology Knowledge: Broad understanding of current and future technology trends.
  • 3-5 years experience in Data Analytics, data management, performance management, quality improvement 
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration (BBA) or a related field like information Technology, Finance, Statistics, or Data Analytics
