The Adviser Support Executive role is at the heart of our client experience, providing world-class service to our global portfolio of financial advisers. This is a fast-paced, high-pressure role where advisers typically reach out when something is with urgent. We are looking for someone who thrives in these moments-bringing calm, clarity, and solutions to every interaction.
Responsibilities
- Deliver day-to-day telephone and email support for our clients in all areas of the proposition from technology to tax wrappers.
- Establish yourself as a subject matter expert (SME) with all things Wealth Platform (training will be provided).
- Analyse IFA behaviour to ensure that they get the best out of our platform as well as helping to identify new opportunities.
- Ensure that client feedback is captured and shared so that we can improve the products and services we offer.
- Be proactive with clients and provide quality training to maximize the users' experience.
- Work under Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to deliver timely resolutions, recognizing that most queries are time-sensitive and business-critical.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role (Administration, Support, Advisory).
- Empathetic communicator who can handle high-pressure situations with patience and professionalism
- Strong communicator, team player, enthusiastic
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- An understanding of investment platforms, products & tax wrappers like SIPP or ISA would be a bonus!
- Strong Excel, data input and systems navigations skills
