Job Description SummaryAs the Advanced Marketing Analytics Manager for International, you will be responsible for leveraging a multitude of datasets across the organization and developing analytical solutions to prioritize leads, design attribution models to understand the impact, and identify key points in the customer journey to improve our engagement and conversions. The International Region covers Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, India, Japan, ASEAN, Korea, and ANZ.
This role will report to the International Marketing Analytics Director and will partner with the International Marketing & Virtual Sales organization as well as the Segment and Marketing teams across Zones and LCTs. You will also maintain a close working relationship with Global Marketing, IT, and Data organizations to develop and scale advanced analytics solutions that will shape the Marketing strategy for International.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Develop, implement, and manage lead scoring models to optimize lead prioritization and improve sales efficiency.
- Design and implement attribution models (e.g., Multi-Touch Attribution, Market Mix Modeling) to evaluate and optimize marketing channel effectiveness and ROI.
- Analyze and map customer journeys, identifying key touchpoints and opportunities for enhancement to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Use advanced statistical and predictive modeling techniques to generate actionable insights for business development and marketing teams.
- Optimize marketing spend allocation through data-driven insights derived from attribution models and predictive analytics.
- Perform segmentation analyses to identify high-potential customer groups and tailor strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with IT and Global Marketing organizations to ensure that data needs for advanced analytics are part of Global data improvement roadmaps in the respective organizations.
- Leverage existing capabilities in the Global Central data organization and build solutions to cater to the International region's needs.
- Oversee the integration of analytics tools with Sales and Mar-tech systems (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe, CDP) for lead scoring, journey optimization, and attribution analysis.
Required Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of experience in marketing data science & analytics, or a related field with demonstrated proficiency in data mining, statistical analysis, and the application of advanced analytics techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Previous advanced analytics experience in the Med-tech industry or B2B.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications in data analytics, machine learning or related areas is a plus. An advanced degree (e.g., Master's, Ph.D.) in a relevant discipline.
- Strong understanding of data from tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Adobe.
- Previous experience working with attribution models, including multi-touch attribution and Market Mix Modelling.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with strong stakeholder management abilities to work collaboratively across functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to develop advanced analytics solutions in data-sparse environments, using creative problem-solving, proxy metrics, external data sources, and imputation techniques to drive actionable insights and model accuracy.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with customer first attitude.
- Establish and maintain positive work relationships with peers, management, and customers, displaying a willingness to understand diverse points of view.
