Job Description:
This role will support market intelligence and advanced analytics for Pet Nutrition Europe to deliver maximum value from the data and drive business and organisational performance. It will include managing existing analytical and data products, creating and identifying new analytics innovations and capabilities, and ongoing improvement/ acquisition of new data. Also, this role is responsible for building analytical business cases for various internal stakeholders, including the management team, to identify areas of growth potential and optimization zones.
This role is a mix of internal business consultant, data scientist and reporting analyst.
As part of the Data and analytics team, you will partner closely with other sub-functions, such as Shopper Marketing Intelligence and Portfolio Analytics, to support regional marketing teams with a complete view of category and brand performance, future trends, and portfolio analytics.
This role closely collaborates with Finance and SRM teams during planning and reporting periods. It also partners with Digital technology teams in aspects of data governance, application building, and data quality control.
What are we looking for?

University degree in Economics, Finance, Sociology, Statistics or Data Science

Advanced level of written and spoken English

Polish, German or French would be a plus

Power BI Certificate

Excel Advanced Certificate would be a plus

At least 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, Consumer Insights or customer analytics in a fast-paced environment, preferably In FMCG area

Good collaboration skills which you will use daily with external consultants, vendors and Internal stakeholders

Must have experience in data management, visualization, analytics and building reporting solutions, including creating standardized reporting suites

Experience with analytical tools, such as SQL, excel, and data visualization tools
What would be your key responsibilities?

Be responsible for governance and development of the Reporting Hub and dashboards.

Work closely with business teams to support analytical needs & fulfil reporting gaps

Identify opportunities to deliver new value-added services, advanced analytics, data visualisation and automation

Champion standardisation, simplification of ways of working, collaboration across teams and ease of interaction with markets and group functions

In cooperation with development & DT teams create and build new solutions to improve quality and satisfaction from the analytical service
