POSITION SUMMARY:
Blue Acorn iCi is looking for a Technical Product Owner (with experience in Adobe applications and/or Adobe Experience Cloud products) who is available to work on-site in one of the following locations: Overland Park, KS - Bellevue, WA - Dallas, TX - Herndon, VA - Atlanta, GA. They will be primarily responsible for quality, on-budget, and on-schedule delivery of eCommerce technology solutions. Areas of responsibility include project schedule variance, project financials, project success, project scope variance, project team utilization, and consistent high level of client satisfaction. We are looking for someone who is professional, reliable, and pays attention to detail. Most importantly, we seek a team player with the ability to accomplish results as a team leader and as an individual contributor.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Available to work on-site in one of the following locations: Overland Park, KS - Bellevue, WA - Dallas, TX - Herndon, VA - Atlanta, GA
  • Owns product end to end for sophisticated or cross-platform solutions for products of the highest level of complexity and scope, or family of products. This includes crafting, managing, maintaining, and communicating product vision and strategy including technical vision, capabilities and operability
  • Designs and drives end user product research
  • Partners with business, internal/external collaborators and Leadership to understand current customer experience, identifies areas of opportunity with a focus on bringing to bear AI or other automation technologies and solutions
  • Conducts analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to identify product innovation opportunities or root cause of issues, and assess opportunity size and impact. Uses these data insights to fulfil customers unmet needs from the product
  • Communicates, influences, and sells ideas at director and senior directors and other product stakeholders, This includes regularly delivering product presentations
  • Drives specific ad hoc analysis and presents information to SVP/EVP/C level and below on request
  • Owns product feature set or technical improvements to improve customer experience


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years experience in a Product Owner management role in the technology space
  • Experience with Adobe applications, Adobe Experience Manager, and/or Adobe Cloud products 
  • Bachelors degree in a business-related field such as Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Marketing
  • Project management (including risk, issue, dependency, process, and milestone management)
  • Demonstrated leadership, relationship-building, teamwork, and collaboration skills
  • Cross-functional team and people management
  • Budget and financial management including profit/loss, billing, and earned value management
  • Experience managing client and other third party relationships
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
  • Ability to translate between technical and non-technical people
  • Ability to identify innovative ways to implement projects within established timeframes
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)


PREFERRED SKILLS & TECHNOLOGIES:

  • Experience working at a professional services company such as an agency or consulting firm 
  • Experience managing complex web development projects 
  • Experience with JIRA and/or Mavenlink
