The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

Principal Purpose of Position:

  • Works closely with State DMV contacts, vendors, and client to ensure that all vehicle titling is compliant with state requirements and that replacement titles requests are completed in a timely manner.
  • Generates payment for vendors and State DMV’s for completion of title application process.
  • Processes all title requests from multiple sources.
  • Researches and communicates changes in state laws and requirements.
  • Conducts research, compiles data, and prepares documents for cross-departmental processes.
  • Maintains and ensures data integrity of vehicle information.
  • Works closely with Licensing Analyst on client specific parameters.
  • Works with clients to ensure all of the required state documentation and inspections are included with licensing paperwork.
  • Maintains direct contact with State and DMV Agencies, and proactively follows up for status.
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

Education and/or Training:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred, but not required.    

Planning/Organizing/Managerial Knowledge:

  • Must have excellent organization skills, detail oriented and ability to handle multiple priorities to meet required deadlines.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail is required.
  • Must have a functional knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Ability to work independently in a team environment.

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $20.30 - $27.40 USD per hour.
