Job Description
Manage day-to-day office operations, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring the office runs smoothly. To provide administrative support to the SUHL and team members by managing and coordinating all administrative requirements and duties across the business to ensure all stakeholders are fully equipped to perform their required roles within the applicable governance frameworks. Provide support to the people and culture activities and processes, project management, procurement, occupational health and safety, information risk and records management, business resilience, service management.

Business Support
3-4 years: Experience in end-to-end administrative and secretarial duties across a programme or project environment. This includes documentation management, diary management and budget administration.
