What you'll do:
- Managing the incoming queue of orders from the business country
- Performing written communication with corporate customers and business partners
- Working in an international and dynamic environment (hybrid - with a mix of working days from home and from the office in Sofia)
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- Very good German (B2) and English (B1-B2)
- Working with data is considered an advantage (don't worry if you don't have any working experience, we will teach you everything needed)
- University degree is considered an advantage
- Work experience in the field of customer support or data entry is an advantage
