The Position
Business Support Specialist

Challenges:
- Engage with global regulatory teams by processing requests for registration processes in CENACA countries, assessing the need for changes, analyzing timelines, requirements, and coordinating inquiries.
- Administer regulatory documentation by maintaining registration dossiers, managing receipts and dispatches of originals, and keeping an organized archive.
- Support operational registration processes by preparing dossiers, submitting requests for missing documents, monitoring their status, and coordinating with external partners.
- Assist in compliance monitoring checks and preparation of the Compliance Evidence Platform, ensuring document compliance with internal policies.
- Provide administrative support by monitoring business trips, managing timesheets, processing travel invoices, and organizing internal and external events.
Who you are:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative or office work.
- Systematic and structured attitude towards tasks, with strong attention to detail and punctuality.
- Proficient in Excel, Zoom, Trello, Gmail, and Word.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university, proficiency in Russian, Upper Intermediate in English, Kazakh is a plus.
