As Administrative Support you will assist our WTG Business Unit Director with travel arrangements, presentations, proofreading, and other secretary tasks. Furthermore, you will be responsible for facility management on Kongens Kvarter 43, including being first point of contact for office suppliers. Therefore, your workday will differ between administrative -, communicative -, and practical tasks and we promise, that no day will be the same.
You will be the only Administrative Support in Fredericia, but our Management Assistance Team based in Zwijndrecht, Belgien, are looking forward to welcoming you to the team.Your responsibilities

Your profile

Bachelor degree, commercial and clerical education and training or the like;

Administratively precise and efficient;

Enthusiastic user of Microsoft applications Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, SharePoint and Teams;

Good communicator, fluent in Danish and English. Dutch is a bonus;
