Administrative Support Specialist (Bilingual)

FocusKPI is looking for a Administrative Support Specialist to join one of our clients, a high-tech SaaS company. 
The client team is looking for a Specialist to manage and provide comprehensive, operational, and analytical support to the People team. You will be responsible for both general statistical tasks as well as some operational and project coordination activities across departments.
Work Location: Mountain View, CA
Duration: 6-month contract; hybrid role (on-site 3 days a week)
Pay Range: $30/hr to $38/hr
Responsibilities:

• Provide daily administrative support to all dispatchers
• Compile weekly project status reports
• Provide administrative support to the teams
• Manage office events and assist in event planning/organization, for example, all-hands meeting, happy hours, team building events
• Respond to miscellaneous requests from the teams
• Provide accounting support  
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications: 

• 3+ years of professional experience in high-tech companies, preferred but not required
• A bachelor's Degree is required 
• Fluency in English and Korean is required
• Computer/IT/Microsoft Office fluency required, statistical skills in using Excel are preferred
• Strong written/verbal communication skills
• Integrity and sound judgment in handling confidential information
• Solid time management skills when faced with competing priorities and tight deadlines
