Administrative Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an Administrative Specialist to cover a maternity leave. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create, edit, and maintain comprehensive system documentation, developer guides, user guides and tutorials.• Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and engaging language, using storytelling techniques to enhance readability and user engagement.• Work closely with engineers, product managers, and developers to understand systems, and it's features, identify key use cases, and clarify concepts.• Participate in product demos and code walk-throughs to capture the full technical depth required to deliver high-quality documentation.• Design and refine voice and tone for documentation, ensuring a consistent and engaging style that resonates with the audience.• Collaborate with product and development teams to enhance documentation with UI/UX elements that improve readability• Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Higher Secondary Education preferred• Good organisational skills and ability to answer questions regarding processes and procedures (training will be provided)
