JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities:• 研擬與推動行政總務工作計畫。• 行政總務績效評估分析與改善。• 合約管理及一般請款作業。• 進出口報關及收發相關業務。• 辦公環境清潔管理與維護。• 辦公室設備等規劃與管理。• 庫房規劃與整理、停車位管理。• 固定資產管理、年度盤點作業。• 支援與協助跨部門之各項工作執行。• 各項上級交辦業務。
QUALIFICATIONS
• 曾任行政總務並具備5年以上相關經驗。• 能配合假日加班。• 能自備交通工具，外縣市出差。• 電腦文書處理: 熟練 word, excel, power point• 具溝通協調能力，及中英文書寫能力。• 具主動積極、正向思考、謹慎細心、樂於助人、及應變能力特質。• 能獨立作業。
